Real Wedding - T & Cs Canberra Bush Wedding

I still think about this day often.
Back in April of 2024 I had the absolute joy of capturing Cels & Tims intimate wedding day.

These two tied the knot on the Hill by their home, a place they walk their dogs, and drink their coffee. It was a spot that they love, and has so much sentimental meaning to them.

It was a stunning day, right after ANZAC day when the days should have been cooling down. Instead the Canberra sun turned up the heat.

Chels got ready off site, with friends and family. It was a chill morning, with coffee (of course) and lots of snacks.
Tim got ready at their home, which would be the location of that evenings reception. His best man was there to help him into his jacket, and share a drink.

Guests arrived to the house, then made their way up the hill towards the ceremony spot.
Chels & Tim chose to have a private first look away from their guests; where they also exchanged private vows, with just their best friends as witnesses. They then joined their guests, and had a perfect ceremony, with lots of inside jokes, and laughter.
Their two dogs sat front row keeping watch over mum & dad.

Post ceremony everyone made their way back to the house, to enjoy some food and celebrate with the newly weds!
They were welcomed in with a tunnel of leaves, which you can see Chels was so happy about!
We snuck away for about 20 minutes close to sunset to take some photos, and I love how they came out. Beautiful greens and yellow as the sun was setting!

This was such a fun day, that was all about the couple, and the people they loved most. They spent time with everyone, and made sure to enjoy every single moment of their day.

I genuinely love when couples do this a little different, that make it a bit more them
